Due to the Coronavirus restrictions it has not been possible to hold the Ashton Club AGM in May which has not allowed for a new management committee to be formed.

It has now been decided the AGM will be held online via Zoom on Thursday 18th June 2020 at 7.30p.m. Log-in details will follow but your ability to join online will be required in order to participate and for the casting of votes.

As a member you are invited to put forward nominations for committee positions as set out on the agenda. Nominations require a proposer and seconder.

You are also invited to put forward any proposals for the AGM. Proposals require a proposer and seconder.
You are required to return your nominations and proposals to the Club Secretary by email, marielevis1@hotmail.com, on or before Thursday 11th June 2020.
